Guardianship Program
The Guardianship Program is the highest and most exclusive level of our concierge membership service – one to which we devote our utmost care, time, and love.
For our international or out-of-state students, we act as a guardian while they are attending school in Atlanta to ensure they have a support system close by. This means direct and constant contact throughout the school year with each student, his/her parents, advisors, teachers, and consultants.
For guardian students, our relationship begins well before the start of school as we provide an invaluable guide to students in both their personal and academic life. Students are provided with appropriate safety and security information to ensure they stay vigilant and safe. They are also provided with relevant school information, lifestyle information to assist them in settling into Atlanta as soon as possible. There is no limit on the time we spend via phone or email ensuring each student is happy and secure. We offer a wide range of services that are available when they need them.
We are committed to provide support to every facet of our students’ life, enabling them to focus on their studies. We are available 24/7 to assist them when needs arise. We are in constant contact with all parties incase of emergency to ensure that any problem is resolved immediately and professionally. Of course, parents are notified first and are the primary decision makers.
INDIVIDUAL BOARDING PROGRAM
This program allows students to join on an individual basis. Students who join as members have full access to all the ACSS services.
The following are the most common services used by our Boarding Student Members:
- Chaperoned trips when the dorms are closed for long weekends.
- Meet and Greet airport services.
- Unaccompanied minor services.
- College tour and interviews.
- Assistance with disciplinary actions.
All the services offered at the Guardian level are also available for individual boarding school members.

MY STUDENT IS NEW TO USA OR ATLANTA, CAN YOU HELP GET HER/HIM ORIENTED?
Yes! We are excited to help your student get acclimated. We will greet your student at the airport when he/she first arrives, and help move it. We are available 24/7 in case of need. We are happy to be a resource for new students and to answer any questions they may have.
WHAT’S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A GUARDIAN PROGRAM MEMBERSHIP AND AN INDIVIDUAL BOARDING PROGRAM MEMBERSHIP?
The Guardian Membership program is designed for families who would like us to act as an extension of their family while their child is in Atlanta,USA. We work directly with the parents and the student to make all the decisions.
The Individual Boarding Membership is designed for Atlanta-area college students who are interested in our services on an à la carte basis. All services are available with both memberships.
I AM CONCERNED, MY STUDENT IS HAVING A HARD TIME ADJUSTING TO THEIR NEW SCHOOL AND ENVIRONMENT. CAN YOU HELP?
Yes, it is our main goal to help the student with every step of the transition, academically, socially, and emotionally. We will connect directly with the student and their advisor, if appropriate, and create a plan of action to ensure a smooth and easy adjustment until the problem or issue is resolved.
I AM NOT SURE WHOM TO CONTACT AT MY STUDENTS’ SCHOOL, CAN YOU REACH OUT TO THE SCHOOL FOR ME?
We will happily connect with teachers, professors, advisors, and coaches on behalf of the student and the family.
IF MY STUDENT NEEDS MEDICAL ATTENTION ARE YOU ABLE TO COORDINATE DOCTOR OR HOSPITAL VISITS?
We have strong relationships with many local doctors and hospitals and can help your student choose and doctor and arrange an appointment.
IF MY STUDENT HAS AN EMERGENCY AFTER BUSINESS HOURS CAN HE OR SHE CONTACT YOU?
Absolutely. We have 24-hour phone coverage and can promptly respond to any issue that may arise. .
DO YOU SERVICE FOREIGN STUDENTS UNDER EXCHANGE PROGRAM / EDUCATIONAL TOUR TO ATLANTA, USA (WHICH ALSO INCLUDES TEACHERS)?
Yes. We serve educational institutions and help them in planning their educational tours and we help them with everything they are required to make their tour safe and successful.
